Queer Studies
Through the WGSS and QS courses I have taken I am furthering the development of my skills in articulating complex concepts such as the impacts of intersectionality, oppression, sexism, classism, racism, ablism, and discrimination as some examples. While adding to my active listening, clear communication, critical thinking, and innate empathy. My research and writing skills strengthen more with each class I take. I am also learning more direct approaches toward social justice and much needed social change.
